Custom agents
A staff of custom AI agents runs TRW Labs’ own operations: a chief of staff that delivers one morning brief, with agents for security monitoring, the inbox, social media, quality review, software development, deadlines and renewals, and a watch on what other AI platforms can do. Each works within its own access limits and leaves an audit trail, and anything outward-facing (sending, posting, paying, deleting) waits for a person’s one-tap approval.

Axion
A private AI operations system that runs entirely on hardware its owner controls, with no external service dependency, for environments where data can’t leave the network. Conversational AI, document retrieval, persistent memory, vision and agentic tool execution come from one service layer, on a domain-agnostic core that retargets to a new problem without forking the code.

Software for healthcare providers: supply and inventory control, electronic health records and billing workflows, built for regulated data from the first line of code.
Demonstrated on synthetic data; production deployments run on the client’s own infrastructure.
