Who we are
This website is operated by TRW Labs Inc., a Utah corporation ("TRW Labs", "we"). Questions about this policy go to contact@trwlabs.com.
This website
trwlabs.com sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking of any kind. It loads no third-party scripts or fonts. Pages are served from our own server.
The site has one form, on the contact page. What you enter there (your name, email address, company and message) is sent to our own server and delivered to us, and we handle it the same way as an email you send us (see Email, below). The form uses no CAPTCHA or third-party service.
Like any server on the internet, ours records basic security information, such as the network address and time of connection attempts, to protect against abuse. These records are kept for a short period, are not used to identify visitors, and are never sold or shared.
When you email us, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, address and message. We use it only to respond and to carry out any work you engage us for. Our email is hosted by a third-party email provider. We never sell or rent the information you send us.
Our social media accounts
TRW Labs manages its own accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X with a social media management tool that runs on our own server. The tool connects to those accounts through each platform's official interfaces, with our authorization, in order to publish our posts, read comments on our posts and view statistics for our own pages.
The information the tool handles is limited to our own accounts and their content: our posts, comments and messages left on our posts and pages, and summary statistics the platforms provide. It is used only to manage those accounts. It is not sold, shared or used for advertising. Your use of each platform is also governed by that platform's own privacy policy.
Client work
Information we handle for clients in the course of a project is governed by our agreements with those clients, not by this policy.
Your choices and data deletion
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. To request deletion, email contact@trwlabs.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us which email address or social media account the request concerns. We will delete the information within 30 days and confirm by email.
If you commented on or messaged one of our social media accounts, you can also remove that content yourself on the platform at any time.
Children
This website and our services are not directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
